A Change in seasons means it’s time for a mental health check in!
As the summer of 2020 ends and autumn arrives, we still find ourselves navigating uncertain times and increased worry. Now is a great time to check in and assess our own mental health. The graphic above is a small sample of self care activities that we can try today! Check out our social media pages and website for even more self care suggestions.
As stress and worry increase, so often does the risk of suicide. Community for Hope of Greater Oshkosh continues to schedule QPR Gatekeeper trainings, as well as Adult Mental Health First Aid classes in an effort to educate our community about the warning signs of suicide.. Please contact us for more information.
Together- we can create HOPE and prevent suicide.
